Clone and Activate the Send Home Visit Budget Document Flow
Automate budget document approval and improve care coordination by setting up the Send
Home Visit Budget Document flow. The flow sends the budget document to patients and sends in-app
notifications about the budget document status to care coordinators. Clone the latest version of
the flow and activate it.

User Permissions

To clone and activate flows:
Health Cloud Foundation permission set
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and select
Flows.
Find and select the Send Home Visit Budget Document flow.
Click Save As.
Enter a label, API name, and description for the cloned version, and then save your
changes.
Review the flow’s elements and attributes. Update the elements only if you need to
customize the flow further.
Save your changes and activate your flow.
The flow is now ready to send budget documents to patients and in-app notifications to
care coordinators.
