Set Up Assessments for Home Health

Use the power of Discovery Framework and Omnistudio to build assessments for home healthcare. Clinicians in the field use their Field Service mobile app to gather patient assessment responses while performing home visits. Your clinicians can also complete assessments offline by capturing responses in low or no-connectivity environments. Home Health's offline assessment capability ensures uninterrupted care and critical data capture regardless of where the care is delivered.

Get your org ready to use assessments and set up home healthcare assessments of Base Discovery Framework usage type. For detailed instructions, see Assessments and Discovery Framework Assessment Questions.

Note Home Health supports assessment questions of all data types. However, we recommend that you avoid the File, Disclosure, Edit Block, and Radio Group data types when setting up assessments because they aren't supported in the Field Service mobile app used by clinicians. Similarly, remove any questions of these unsupported data types from existing sample templates.
