            Update the Field-Level Security Permissions for Clinicians and Caregivers

            To help your clinicians and caregivers easily manage patient home visits, clone the Home Health Clinician and Home Health Caregiver permission sets and enable the field level access for the required fields.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and the Home Health Add-on license
            User Permissions Needed
            To clone and update permission sets:

            Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
            2. Click Clone next to the Home Health Clinician permission set.
            3. Enter a name, an API name, and a description for the cloned permission set.
            4. Save your changes.
            5. On the Permission Sets page, select the cloned permission set, and go to Object Settings.
            6. Go to each object mentioned in Field Level Access for Clinicians and Caregivers and enable View All access for the object and Read access for the specified fields.
            7. Save your changes.
            8. To assign the cloned permission set to clinicians, go to Manage Assignments, and click Add Assignments.
            9. Select the relevant users, and click Assign.
            10. Click Done.
            11. Similarly, clone the Home Health Caregiver permission set and enable the field level access.

            Your clinicians and caregivers now have the required permissions to manage patient home visits.
