Update the Field-Level Security Permissions for Patients
To help your patients easily view and manage home healthcare details on the Home Health
patient portal, clone the Home Health Patient permission set and enable field level access for
the required fields.

User Permissions
Needed
To clone and update permission sets:
Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and
then select Permission Sets.
Click Clone next to the Home Health Patient permission
set.
Enter a name, an API name, and a description for the cloned permission set.
Save your changes.
On the Permission Sets page, select the cloned permission set, and go to Object
Settings.
To assign the cloned permission set to care coordinators, go to Manage Assignments, and
click Add Assignments.
Select the relevant users, and click Assign.
Click Done.
Your patients can now manage their home visits.
Field-Level Access for Patients Enable the field level access for these fields when you set up the permissions for your patients.
