Optimize the complex visit broadcasting process of your home health agency by setting
up the Field Service Mobile app. Visit broadcasting helps your agency reduce no-shows, handle
the ever-increasing demand for care resources, and provide timely patient care by identifying
matching care resources for a visit.

and the Home Health Add-on license
Your home health agency may have some unassigned visits due to a shortage of matching care
resources in the service region. Broadcasting visits helps your users to notify resources
across multiple regions about such visits. Home Health’s broadcast option enables your
schedulers to easily broadcast up to 50 home visits to three service regions in one go. The
scheduling policy and the Broadcast Home Healthcare Visit flow work together to identify and
notify care resources with matching skills in those regions. Care resources view and accept
the broadcasted visits using their Field Service Mobile app. If no care resource accepts the
visit within the scheduled visit date, the broadcast request expires.
Add the Broadcasted Visits tab to the Mobile App Enable your care resources to view a list of broadcasted visits by adding the Broadcasted Visits tab to the Field Service Mobile app. Configure the tab to show the Schedule Broadcast Appointment Resource list view. Your care resources can then easily scan through the list and identify potential visits that align with their schedule.
Add the Accept Visit Button to the Mobile App Update the Schedule Broadcast Appointment object’s page layout with the Accept Visit Lightning and Mobile action. Your care resources can then accept broadcasted visits using this quick action button from their Field Service Mobile app.
