Set up work plan templates for work types and use them to generate work plans for the
work orders created for those work types. Work plan templates add tasks to scheduled visits that
the field resource must complete before ending each visit. These tasks can be simple checklist
items, or they can launch flows that the field resource can use to capture data for your org.

Enable Work Plans for Home Health To automatically create work plans from work plan templates, you must first enable the setting in Setup.
Define Work Plan Selection Rules for Home Health Work Plan Selection Rules determine when you use work plan templates to generate work plans for work orders. Health Cloud checks the values of certain fields on Work Order records, and then generates work plans from templates if those values match the selection rules that you define for different templates. Make sure you've already created records for the conditions you want to select. For example, create the necessary work types and service territories.
