            Add the Care Gaps Flexcard to the Patient Record Page

            Enable care managers to identify and update care gaps by adding the HealthCloudCareManagementCareGapManager Flexcard to the patient (person account) record page.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To modify pages Customize Application

            While you can place this Flexcard on any person account record page, we recommend using the Patient page.

            1. Open a person account record page in the Lightning App builder.
            2. Place the Flexcard component at an appropriate spot on your page layout.
              Tip
              Tip Create a dedicated tab on your page for this FlexCard and place it inside that tab.
            3. Select the Flexcard component you placed on the page.
            4. In the component properties pane, find and select HealthCloudCareManagementCareGapManager in the Flexcard Name field.
            5. Save and activate the page.
