To give your users quick access to care plans, add the
IndustriesHCCarePlanManager Omnistudio Flexcard to the person account, case,
or clinical service request record pages. Flexcards display contextual information in an
at-a-glance format and provide access to relevant tasks for the displayed data.

To modify pages:
Customize Application
Open a person account, case, or clinical service request record page in the Lightning App
builder.
Place the Flexcard component at an appropriate spot on your page layout.
Tip We recommend you create a dedicated tab on your page for this Flexcard and
place it inside that tab.
Select the Flexcard component you placed on the page.
In the component properties pane, enter IndustriesHCCarePlanManager
in the Flexcard Name field.
In the Decision Table Name field, enter the API name of your
response recommendations decision table.
Save and activate the page.
