Configure Your Experience Cloud Site with the Care Plan Component
Build your Experience Cloud site and add the IndustriesHCCarePlanManager Flexcard to your site so that authenticated users can create and update care plans.

Build and configure your Experience Cloud site.
- From Setup, under Digital Experiences, click All Sites.
- Click New, select a template, and then click Get Started.
- Enter a name and URL for your site and click Create.
- On the Workspaces page, click Builder.

To open the General settings, click

- To make sure that only authenticated users can access care plans from your site, deselect Guest users can see and interact with the site without logging in.

Add the IndustriesHCCarePlanManager Flexcard to your Experience Cloud site.
We recommend adding it to the Account Detail page.
- In the Builder toolbar, click the dropdown next to the page name.
- If you don’t see Account Detail in the list of pages, create an Account object page.

To see the list of Experience site builder components, click

- From the list of available components, drag the Flexcard component onto the Account Detail page.
- In the properties pane for the Flexcard, in the Flexcard Name field, select IndustriesHCarePlanManager.
- In the Exposed Attributes field, enter {"DecisionTableName":"ICMRec"}.

Add profiles that can access your site.
- On the Workspaces page, click Administration, and then click Members.
- Add the Customer Community Plus User profile to Selected Profiles.
- Add the Integrated Care Management for Experience Cloud Sites permission set to Selected Permission Sets.
- Save your work.
- Publish and activate your site.
