          Configure Field-Level Security for Integrated Care Management

          In order for your users create care plans, ensure they have access to certain fields that are disabled by default for most user profiles.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To modify objects Health Cloud Admin

          Verify your users have access to these fields. If they don't, manually grant them access.

          Let’s walk through how you’d configure field-level security for the Name field in the Action Plan object.

          1. In Setup, go to Object Manager.
          2. Find and select Action Plan.
          3. Click Fields & Relationships and click Name.
          4. Click Set Field-Level Security.
          5. Ensure that the field-level security is set to Visible for the user profiles that create care plans.
          6. Save your changes.

          Repeat these steps for all the fields listed in the table.
