            Configure Suggested Assessments for Discovery Framework Assessments

            On completion of an internal, Discovery Framework-based assessment, a patient is recommended secondary assessments based on their responses to the primary assessment. To enable suggested assessments for internal assessments, clone and configure the HealthCloudICMGetSuggestedAssessmentsforInternalAssessment integration procedure. Turn on Suggested Assessments for Internal Assessments in Setup. Then, create mappings between primary assessments and suggested assessments by using the Assessment Question Response Recommendation object and creating a decision table.

            To map suggested assessments: Create, Read, Edit, and Delete access for Assessment Question Response Recommendation

            To place the assessment component in an account, case, or clinical service request record page, see Add the Care Plan Interface to Record Pages.

            1. From the App Launcher, find and select OmniStudio Integration Procedures.
            2. Find and select HealthCloudICMGetSuggestedAssessmentsforInternalAssessment.
            3. Click Create Version.
            4. Enter a name for the integration procedure.
            5. Save your changes.
            6. Click Activate Version.
            7. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integrated Care Management Settings, and select Integrated Care Management Settings.
            8. Turn on Suggested Assessments for Internal Assessments.
            9. To map primary assessments to suggested assessments, see Map Responses to Recommendations and Set Up a Decision Table.
              In the Assessment component, care managers can search for assessments in Suggested Assessments. Alternatively, care managers can see the suggested assessments on the primary assessment completion screen.
