Add interventions to your care plan template by creating an action plan template
assignment record. This record references an action plan template with the required interventions
and the problem, goal, or care plan template where they’re required. Make sure you've published
the care plan template.

To assign an action plan template
Create access for Action Plan Template Assignment
To edit an action plan template assignment
Edit access for Action Plan Template Assignment
From the App Launcher, find and select Action Plan Template
Assignments.
Click New.
In the Associated Object field, select a problem definition, goal
definition, or care plan template where you want to add interventions
In the Action Plan Template Version field, select the action plan
template with the interventions you want to add to your template. You must select an action
plan template whose associated object is the same as the action plan template's target object.
Save your assignment.
That’s it; you’ve now created a care plan template with problems, goals, and
interventions.
