            Add Goals Without Problems to a Care Plan Template

            Add goals without problems to a care plan template by creating a care plan template goal record. This care plan template goal record references the appropriate care plan template and goal definition records in it.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To create a goal template Create access for Care Plan Template Goal
            To edit a goal template Edit access for Care Plan Template Goal
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Care Plan Template Goals.
            2. Click New.
            3. In the Care Plan Template field, select the care plan template that you want to add the goal to.
            4. In the Goal Definition field, select a goal definition from your PGI library.
            5. Set the priority as High, Medium, or Low.
            6. Save your template.
