When you add a problem to a care plan template, the associated goals/interventions
(action plan template and action plan template item) are inherently added too. You don't need to
add them separately.
From the App Launcher, find and select Care Plan Template
Problems.
Click New.
In the Care Plan Template field, select the care plan template that
you want to add the problem to.
In the Problem Definition field, select a problem definition from
your PGI library. Make sure you don't select Problem Goal Definition in this field.
Enter a sequence number.
This value is used to determine how the problems in your care plan are sorted.
Set the priority as High, Medium, or
Low.
Save your template.
