Enable Users to Create Care Gaps by Evaluating a Measure
Create a clinical measure and implement a trigger-based logic to evaluate the measure so
care managers can create a care gap using the measure evaluation flow.

To enable care managers to evaluate a measure and create a care gap, you must first enable
Care Gap in Setup and place the HealthCloudCareManagementCareGapManager Flexcard on the patient
record page.
Create a clinical measure to evaluate.
Use flows, Business Rules Engine, Apex-based triggers, or Omnistudio Integration
Procedures to implement your own trigger-based logic to evaluate the measure. To update
the care gap status, use the updateCareGapStatus invocable action
in your implementation.
