MCG assessments evaluate patients and create care plans following industry standard
guidelines published by MCG. Internal assessments - Discovery Framework-based assessments
configured in Salesforce - recommend care plan components using a response recommendations
decision table. While both assessment types create care plans based on patient responses, they
vary in functionality.
