Get Your Org Ready for Care Plans Access on Experience Sites
Check that your org has the required licenses, enable Digital Experiences, and provide
your users access to the relevant objects.

User Permissions Needed
To enable digital experiences:
Customize Application
Ensure you have the Customer Community Plus for Health Cloud or External Apps for
Health Cloud licenses.
To create care plans in Experience sites, you need the Customer Community Plus
license.
Enable Digital Experiences in Setup.
Provide Read access to the Assessment, Assessment Question, Assessment Question
Response, Assessment Question Version, and External Assessment Definition objects for the
cloned Customer Community Plus or External Apps profile.
