Set up prefills for MCG assessments by turning on Prefill MCG Assessment Questions in
Setup. Then, configure the disclosure for prefilled assessments and specify the look-back period.
With assessment prefills enabled, Integrated Care Management automatically prefills a patient's
newly launched MCG assessment based on the the most recent and relevant responses from previously
submitted responses for the same assessment.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integrated Care Management
Settings, and select Integrated Care Management
Settings.
Turn on Prefill MCG Assessment Questions.
In the Disclosure Question for Prefilled Assessments section, click Configure
Disclosure Question. Then, select an assessment question with a Disclosure data
type to display disclosure details and capture consent for prefilled assessments.
Select Mark as required to make it mandatory for users to capture
consent before submitting a prefilled assessment.
In the Look-Back Period for Assessment Prefills section, click Configure
Look-Back Period.
Enter a number between 1 and 720 to set as the look-back period. This number is the number
of days to look back for previous assessment responses.
