            Suggested Assessment Responses

            Suggested assessment responses for internal, Discovery Framework-based assessments and MCG assessments help care managers administer assessments more effciently. The suggestions are derived from sources such as previous assessment responses and Einstein Generative AI-powered insights based on member data.

            These assessment question data types support suggested responses:

            • Checkbox
            • Multiselect
            • Select
            • Radio
            • RadioGroup
            • Text
            • TextArea

            When a care manager opens an assessment, it can take a few seconds for the suggested responses to load. Assessment questions with suggested responses have the suggested response icon displayed next to them. Care managers can click the icon, review the suggestions and their sources, and either dismiss or apply the suggestions.
