            Set Up Suggested Assessment Responses for MCG Assessments

            To help care managers access smart suggestions to MCG assessment questions, enable Suggested Responses for MCG Assessments and confugure the data sources for the suggestions.

            To access Suggested Assessment Responses: Manage Suggested Assessment Responses
            1. Assign the required permisison sets to users.
              1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets and then select Permission Sets.
              2. Select the Suggested Assessment Responses permission set.
              3. Click Manage Assignments, click Add Assignments, select the users you want to assign to this permisson set, click Assign, and then click Done.
              4. Repeat the prior steps to assign users the Health Cloud Foundation, Context Service Runtime, and Prompt Template User permission sets.
            2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integrated Care Management Settings and then select Integrated Care Management Settings.
            3. Turn on Suggested Responses for MCG Assessments.
            4. Click Edit in the setup section.
            5. Search and select an integration procedure of type AssessmentSuggestedResponse to retrieve the data sources for the suggested responses.
            6. To enable Einstein Generative AI or Previous Responses as data sources for the suggested responses, select True in the dropdown next to each source. To disable a source, select False.
            7. To add other suggested response sources, clone the AssessmentSuggestedResponse_GetResponse integration procedure, retain the type as AssessmentSuggestedResponse, and provide a new subtype. Select the cloned integration procedure in the suggested response setup and click Add Suggested Response Source.
            8. Save your changes.

            The MCG assessment now displays the suggested response icon for each question with a data type that supports suggested responses. Users can click the icon, and apply or dismiss the suggestions.
