          To support claim query processes, review, configure, and add subagents and actions to your payer contact center agent.

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Health Cloud and Agentforce Employee Agent add-on licenses
          User Permissions Needed
          To manage subagents and actions: Manage AI Agents AND the required permissions for your agent type
          1. Verify that the Claims Service Assistance subagent is active.
          2. Verify that the Find Claims and Get Claim Summary actions are active and associated with the Claims Service Assistance subagent.
          3. Add the Claims Service Assistance subagent to your contact center’s agent.
