          Configure the Member Coverage Assistance Subagent and Actions

          To support member coverage query processes, review, configure, and add subagents and actions to your payer contact center agent.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Health Cloud and Agentforce Employee Agent add-on licenses
          User Permissions Needed
          To manage subagents and actions: Manage AI Agents AND the required permissions for your agent type
          1. Verify that the Member Coverage Assistance subagent is active.
          2. Verify that the Fetch Individual Record ID, Get Member Coverage Summary, and Find Specific Member Coverage actions are active and associated with the Member Coverage Assistance subagent.
          3. Add the Member Coverage Assistance subagent to your contact center’s agent.
