          Use the Agentforce Employee Agent template to create an agent to unlock the power of Agentforce for your payer contact center reps. Add payer contact center specific subagents to the agent to help payer contact center reps manage patient interactions with real-time access to claims details, member coverages, prior authorization statuses, and provider network searches.

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on licenses. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on to access the agent action.

          1. Create an agent based on the Agentforce Employee Agent template.
          2. In Agentforce Builder, add these topics from the asset library to the agent.
          3. Activate the agent.
          4. Save your changes.
