            To support member coverage queries in payer contact center, review the member coverage prompts.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Health Cloud and Agentforce Employee Agent add-on licenses
            User Permissions Needed
            To create and manage prompts in Prompt Builder: Prompt Template Manager permission set
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Prompt Builder, and then select Prompt Builder.
            2. Review the Get Member Coverage Summary and Get Specific Member Coverage prompts.
              1. Verify that each prompt is active.
              2. Review the instructions for each prompt and verify that they align with your orgs configuration.
