Create a User Profile for Your Provider Experience Cloud Site
Create a user profile for your Provider Experience Cloud site and assign the required
permissions to that profile. Use this profile to manage the site membership. All site members can
then log in to the site and complete the credentialing process.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and
Health Cloud for Experience Cloud Sites
User Permissions Needed
To create profiles:
Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
From Setup, go to Profiles, and click New Profile.
For Existing Profile, select Customer Community Plus User.
For User License, select Customer Community Plus (default).
For Profile Name, enter Network Express Community User.
Important Use the exact name Network Express
Community User for this profile to ensure that the provider enrollment processes
are completed without any issues.
Save your changes.
Click Edit.
Under Administrative Permissions, select Manage Health Cloud.
Under General User Permissions, select Enable consumers and partners to execute
OmniScripts, DRs, Cards through a Community or off platform.
Enable Read, Create, Edit, and Delete access for these standard objects:
Accounts (Read, Create, Edit access only)
Application Cases
Board Certifications
Business Licenses
Care Provider Adverse Actions
Care Specialties
Cases (Read, Create, Edit access only)
Contacts (Read, Create, Edit access only)
Healthcare Providers
Healthcare Provider NPIs
Healthcare Provider Specialties
Individual Applications
Insurance Policies
Omni Data Transformations (Read access only)
Omni Data Transformation Items (Read access only)
Omni Electronic Signature Templates (Read access only)
Omni Processes (Read access only)
Omni Process Compilations (Read access only)
Omni Process Elements (Read access only)
Omni Process Transient Data (Read access only)
OmniScript Saved Sessions
Omni UI Cards (Read access only)

Enable Read, Create, Edit, and Delete access for these custom objects:
