Build an Experience Cloud Site for Your Providers

Build an Experience Cloud Site for Your Providers

Set up an Experience Cloud site for your providers, and then embed the required Omniscripts and Flexcards for the providers to complete their enrollment in the payer network. New or peer providers can complete the registration or nomination process without logging into the portal. They have an option to use their 10-digit unique National Provider Identifier (NPI) number to pre-fill information and streamline the registration process. Registered providers must log in to complete the credentialing process.

          4. Click Create.
          5. From Workspaces, click Builder to open the Experience Builder.
          6. In the Builder, create a standard page named Join Our Network with the URL /joinournetwork.
            1. Open the Home menu at the top of the page, and then click New Page.
            2. Select a Standard page, and then click New Blank Page.
            3. Select the Flexible Layout, and then click Next.
            4. Enter Join Our Network as the page name and enter /joinournetwork as the URL. The API name defaults from the page name.
              Note
Note The Builder appends the API name you enter with __c so that your API name uses the appropriate format. For example, if you enter JoinOurNetwork, the API name for the page is JoinOurNetwork__c.
          7. Click Create.
          8. Access the page settings from the page menu at the top of the page, and then select Public in the Page Access setting to make the page publicly available for your provider users.
          9. From the Components menu, find and select the Flexcard component, and then drag two Flexcard components onto the Join Our Network page.
          10. Configure the Flexcards to launch the Registration and Nomination process. To integrate NPPES NPI Registry to enable users to register using their NPI number, select HealthCloudPNMJoinOurNetworkCardWithNPPES as the Flexcard name in the first Flexcard component, and then select HealthCloudPNMNominatePeerWithNPPES as the Flexcard name in the second Flexcard component. If you're not integrating with the NPPES NPI Registry, select these Flexcards instead: HealthCloudPNMJoinOurNetworkCard and HealthCloudPNMNominatePeer. This table lists the Omniscripts that launch from each Flexcard.

Your users can now see the Join Our Network and Nominate Peer Provider buttons on the unauthenticated Join Our Network page and they can launch the registration and nomination processes respectively. The registered and recruited providers also see the Start Credentialing button on the home page and can launch the credentialing process. If you added the Create Referral flow to the site, your users can follow the flow steps to create a referral for a new or an existing patient.
