            Configure Flexcards and Omniscripts

            Streamline the roster file submission process and reduce errors by configuring Flexcards and Omniscripts to include a roster file template and upload instructions on the Experience Cloud site.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Health Cloud with the Health Cloud for Experience Cloud Sites, Health Cloud Provider Network Management, Customer Community or Customer Community Plus and Genie Data Platform Starter add-on licenses
            User Permissions Needed
            To configure Flexcards: Omnistudio Admin permission set
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Omnistudio Settings and select it.
            2. Turn on Deploy Custom Lightning Web Components in Standard Runtime.
            3. Find and prepare a roster file template:
              1. From the App Launcher, find and select Files.
              2. Click Upload Files and upload the file that you want to use as a roster file template.
              3. Click the dropdown next to the file, select Public Link, and deselect the password option.
              4. Click Create Link, and then copy the link.
            4. Update and activate the Flexcards:
              1. From the App Launcher, find and select Omnistudio Flexcards.
              2. From the Flexcards list, open and clone the HealthCloudPNMLearnMoreFlyout Flexcard, and make sure that Is Child Card is selected.
              3. Select the Download Provider Roster File Template element and click Properties.
              4. Click Actions and update the URL with the public link that you created.
              5. Activate the Flexcard.
              6. From the Flexcards list, open and clone the HealthCloudPNMDocumentTypeInstructionFlyout Flexcard.
              7. Select the Learn More element and click Properties.
              8. In the Actions section, select the clones HealthCloudPNMLearnMoreFlyout Flexcard as the flyout.
              9. Activate the Flexcard
            5. Update and activate the RosterFileUpload Omniscript:
              1. From App Launcher, go to Omniscripts, open HealthCloudPNM/RosterFileUpload, and then create another version.
              2. On the Upload Documents step, replace the LearnMore component with the cloned HealthCloudPNMDocumentTypeInstructionFlyout Flexcard name as the Lightening web component.
              3. Activate the Omniscript.
