          Note
Note The Roster File Mapping feature can only work in the Home Org and if PNM is configured in the Companion Org. In addition, make sure Disease Surveillance or Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection features are not enabled in the org.
          Important
Important All the PNM entities require ViewAll Field Access for Community and Guest user profiles.

Before you enable Roster File Mapping, create a case record type in your org to organize the roster files. We recommend labeling this record type as Roster. If you use a different unique label, make sure you update the sample Apex trigger that you will use to create case-related records for roster file mapping requests.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Provider Network Management Settings, and then select Provider Network Management Settings.
          2. Turn on Roster File Mapping.
          3. To complete the basic configurations, follow the guided setup.
            1. In the Choose the Record Type section, click Select to choose a default record type to identify and manage roster cases.
            2. In the Configure Canonical Data Lake Object section, select the default data space to store Data Lake Objects (DLOs) for roster file processing.
To use a data space of your choice, you need a CdpDataSpacesAddOn license.
            3. Click Generate a Canonical Data Lake Object (DLO) Template to create a canonical DLO for mapping incoming roster file columns. Add a meaningful suffix to the template name.
Wait at least five minutes before proceeding to the next step.
            4. Refresh the page and click Select Canonical Data Lake Object Template to select the DLO you created.
            5. In the Configure a Data Processing Engine Definition for Data Ingestion section, click Generate Data Processing Engine Definition Templates. Add a suffix to identify your DPE Definition. Then, select all three-level DPEs using the suffix you added.
