Configure Field Level Security for Provider Network Management Profiles
Enable field level security on a profile-by-profile basis to restrict your users from
viewing or editing specific fields. Give appropriate access permissions on standard and custom
fields for the Network Express Community User and System Administrator profiles to help your users
handle the provider enrollment process without issues.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
Select the Network Express Community User profile that you configured and go to the
Field-Level Security section.
Under Standard Field-Level Security, click View next to
Person Employment, and then click Edit.
Set Read access for all fields.
Save your changes and then click Back to Profile.
Under Standard Field-Level Security, click View next to
Insurance Policy, and then click Edit.
Set Read access for all fields, save your changes, and then click Back to
Profile.
Go back to the Profiles page, select the System Administrator profile and go to the
Field-Level Security section.
Under Standard Field-Level Security, set Edit access for all fields in the Person
Employment and Insurance Policy objects, and then click Back to
Profile.
Under Standard Field-Level Security, click View next to
Lead, and then click Edit next to the Lead
object.
Set Read access for the Fax field, save your changes.
