Assign Permissions to the Provider Experience Cloud Site Guest User Profile
Help guest users such as new or peer providers to complete the registration or
nomination process by assigning the required permissions to the guest user profile for your
provider portal. Guest users can then access the unauthenticated Join Our Network page of the
portal and can complete the required processes without logging in.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and
Health Cloud for Experience Cloud Sites
User Permissions Needed
To set up the guest user profile for an experience cloud site:
Create and Set Up Experiences AND View Setup and Configuration
AND
Provider Network Management for Experience Cloud Sites permission set
To edit object and field permissions in profiles:
Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
AND
Customize Application
From Setup, under Digital Experiences, click All Sites.
Click Builder next to your Experience Cloud site for
providers.
In the Builder, click Settings.
From the General settings, select the guest user profile to open the profile overview page
in Setup.
Click Edit, and then in Standard Object Permissions, enable Read
access for these objects:
Accounts
Contacts
Omni Data Transformations
Omni Data Transformation Items
Omni Processes
Omni Process Compilations
Omni Process Elements
Omni UI Cards
Enable Read and Create access for the Lead object.
Enable the Enables consumers and partners to execute OmniScripts, DRs, Cards
through a Community or off platform general user permission.
Save your changes.
Guest users can now complete the registration or nomination process without logging
in to the portal.
