          Set Up Salesforce Contracts in Provider Network Management

          To use Salesforce Contracts with Provider Network Management, you must enable the Salesforce Contracts setting. Then, you must configure some general settings in your Salesforce org.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Health Cloud with the Health Cloud Provider Network Management Add On

          To set up Salesforce Contracts CLM Admin User permission set

          Prerequisites:

          Once you’ve ensured that the prerequisites are met, you can begin setting up Salesforce Contracts in Provider Network Management.

          1. Enable the Salesforce Contracts setting.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Contract Lifecycle Management, and select General Settings.
            2. Enable Salesforce Contracts.
          2. Assign the CLM Runtime User permission set to your users and the CLM Admin User permission set to the administrators.
          3. Create a DocGen Template Library and Add users to it.
          4. Set a default record type for Contract.
          5. Update the sharing setting for Omni objects.
          6. Set up the contract approval workflow.
          7. Update the sharing settings for object state definitions.
          8. Configure document template filtering.
          9. Configure the security for file upload and download.
          10. Integrate DocuSign with Salesforce Contracts.
          11. Schedule a DocuSign job.
          12. Configure state models, state transitions, and actions.
          13. Create a document generation setting.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter document generation, and then select Document Generation Settings.
            2. Click New.
            3. Enter a label name, .
              For example, <DocGenSettings>
            4. Keep the default values for API Name, Preview Type, and Document Template Library Name.
            5. If the generation mechanism is server-side, select Server-Side Docgen Enable .
            6. To enable document generation batch process, select Enable Batch Document Generation.
            7. Click Create.
