            Enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy by creating an Experience Cloud site for healthcare providers to submit roster files. Configure Flexcards and Omnistudio components to automate the submission process, helping providers to securely upload their files for immediate processing. After the file upload, a case is automatically created in the payer org. Providers can track the status of file submissions and view detailed case information, ensuring transparent and efficient collaboration.
