          Set Up DocuSign Integration for Provider Network Management

          Help your credentialing specialists easily generate the credentialing application form for their providers by setting up DocuSign integration for Provider Network Management. Providers can then sign the credentialing application form and give their consent to join the payer’s network.

          Enable providers to sign DocuSign forms in an Omniscript or email them a copy of the document to sign at their convenience. DocuSign integration requires an active DocuSign account.

          • Upload the Provider Credentialing DocuSign Template to Your DocuSign Account
            Create a DocuSign account and upload the sample credentialing DocuSign template to your account. Salesforce provides this sample template to help your users generate the provider’s credentialing application form with minimum setup. Depending on your business needs, you can use the sample template with or without any modifications.
          • Update the Credentialing Omniscript to Use Your DocuSign Template
            Help your credentialing specialists generate a credentialing application form when providers complete the credentialing process. Add the provider credentialing DocuSign template that you uploaded to your DocuSign account to the Credentialing Omniscript. The Omnistudio Data Mapper in the Omniscript saves all the input given by providers and generates the credentialing application based on this template.
          • Update the Verification OmniScript to Use Your DocuSign Template
            Help your credentialing specialists regenerate a credentialing application when provider input changes during the verification process. Add the provider credentialing DocuSign template that you uploaded to your DocuSign account to the Primary Source Verification Omniscript. The Omnistudio Data Mapper in the OmniScript saves the latest input given by providers and regenerates the credentialing application based on this template.
          • Configure Remote Site Settings for Your DocuSign Account Site
            Before your Salesforce org interacts with an external site, you must register the site in the Remote Site Settings page, or else the interaction fails. Register your DocuSign account site.

            Configure a connected app for integrating DocuSign with Provider Network Management. The connected app enables DocuSign to communicate with Provider Network Management by using APIs and standard protocols.
          • Update DocuSign Account Id In Omnistudio Data Mapper
            Your credentialing specialist can verify whether the DocuSign sent to the provider after primary source verification is signed. Update the default DocuSign Account ID in the Omnistudio Data Mapper Interface with your DocuSign Account ID.
