            Set up a Connected App for DocuSign Integration in Provider Network Management

            Configure a connected app for integrating DocuSign with Provider Network Management. The connected app enables DocuSign to communicate with Provider Network Management by using APIs and standard protocols.

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Health Cloud for Experience Cloud Sites

            To set up a Connected App for DocuSign Integration:

            Provider Network Management for Experience Cloud Sites
            Important
            Important Connected apps creation is restricted as of Spring ‘26. You can continue to use existing connected apps during and after Spring ‘26. However, we recommend using external client apps instead. If you must continue creating connected apps, contact Salesforce Support.

            1. In Setup, find and select Integration Definition.
            2. Click New.
            3. In the Create an Integration Definition section, do these steps:
              1. Select Apex Defined as the type.
              2. Enter DocuSignDefinition as the name of the integration definition.
              3. Click Next.
            4. In the Apex Class section, select healthcloudext.DocuSignIntegrationService.
            5. Save your changes.
            6. Create a connected app for DocuSign by using existing auth provider callback URL.
