New or peer providers can complete the registration or nomination process without logging into the portal. They have an option to use their 10-digit unique National Provider Identifier (NPI) number to pre-fill information and streamline the registration process. Give site users access to Provider Network Management to help them easily manage their provider networks and contract payment terms. - Create a User Profile for Your Provider Experience Cloud Site
Create a user profile for your Provider Experience Cloud site and assign the required permissions to that profile. Use this profile to manage the site membership. All site members can then log in to the site and complete the credentialing process. - Configure Field Level Security for Provider Network Management Profiles
Enable field level security on a profile-by-profile basis to restrict your users from viewing or editing specific fields. Give appropriate access permissions on standard and custom fields for the Network Express Community User and System Administrator profiles to help your users handle the provider enrollment process without issues. - Add Members to the Provider Experience Cloud Site
Use profiles and permission sets to manage the membership of your Experience Cloud site for providers. By adding permissions and the Network Express Community User profile to the site, all users assigned with the profile and permissions become members of the site and gain access to it. Site members can then log in and access the site's authenticated pages to complete the credentialing process. - Assign Permissions to the Provider Experience Cloud Site Guest User Profile

Enable sharing settings for objects so that your site users (new or recruited providers) can access records that recruitment specialists create during the recruitment process. Specify the rule criteria for sharing records and select the users with whom the data must be shared. - Set up reCAPTCHA for Your Provider Experience Cloud Site
Set up reCAPTCHA in the Experience Cloud sites to ensure that the provider applications are filled in by humans, not bots. - Configure an Email Template for Your Provider Experience Cloud Site
Use email templates to save time and standardize the emails that you send to your users. Set up an email template to define the format for the welcome email that you send to new provider users who are ready to start the credentialing process. The email contains the login details for the provider to access the portal and fill out the credentialing application form.
