Enable Sharing Settings for Your Provider Experience Cloud Site Users
Enable sharing settings for objects so that your site users (new or recruited providers)
can access records that recruitment specialists create during the recruitment process. Specify the
rule criteria for sharing records and select the users with whom the data must be
shared.

User Permissions Needed
To create sharing rules:
Manage Sharing
From Setup, go to Sharing Settings.
Create a sharing rule for the Accounts object.
Click New.
Enter a label and rule name.
Select the Guest user access, based on criteria rule type.
Specify the criteria for sharing records, as required.
Share with the Guest User profile for your provider site.
Set Read Only as the default level of access.
Save your changes.
Create a sharing rule for these objects.

Click New.
Enter a label and rule name.
Select the Based on record owner rule type.
Specify the criteria for sharing records. Select Roles and then
select the role name to share the records owned by users of that role.
Share with Public Groups and then select the group name to share
the records with users of that group.
