Upload the Provider Credentialing DocuSign Template to Your DocuSign Account
Create a DocuSign account and upload the sample credentialing DocuSign template to your
account. Salesforce provides this sample template to help your users generate the provider’s
credentialing application form with minimum setup. Depending on your business needs, you can use
the sample template with or without any modifications.

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To upload the credentialing DocuSign template:
Health Cloud Provider Network Management permission set
Note Salesforce provides the sample template to help you with your initial setup. It’s not
mandatory to use it. You can also define your own template, upload it to your account, and
complete the rest of the configurations.
This setup
creates a secure connection between your DocuSign account and your Salesforce org and
enables Omnistudio to retrieve document templates from DocuSign.
Update the sample template, as per your business needs. This step is optional.
