          To open, edit, create, activate or deactivate a flow: Manage Flow
          To create record types and picklist values: Customize Application
          1. Create a case record type for referrals.
          2. Add Referral as a picklist value for the Source Channel field on the Clinical Service Request object.
          3. Add Referral as a picklist value to the Case Origin field on the Case object.
          4. Activate the Create Case and Update Clinical Service Request flow.
