Configure the Clinical Service Request Page for Referral Coordinators
Schedule appointments, complete assessments, add care plans, enroll patients in care programs, and launch actions directly on a clinical service request.

In Lightning App Builder, add and customize the clinical service request record page's tabs
and components. You can also open a clinical service request record and click Edit Page in the
Setup menu.
For example, add a custom tab named Appointments and then drag the Healthcare Appointment Scheduler component onto the tab. Similarly, add a custom tab named Assessments for the Assessment component.The clinical service request page supports these components.
Component What It’s For Action Launcher Launch actions selected in an Action Launcher deployment that includes the Clinical Service Request object. Add the Action Launcher component directly to the page rather than to a tab on the page. Assessment Complete assessments, for example, intake and eligibility assessments Healthcare Appointment Scheduler Schedule appointments IndustriesHCCarePlanManager Flexcard View and add care plans For details about configuring each component or enabling the feature settings, see the related feature documentation. - Save and activate the record page.

In Object Manager, add relevant related lists to the clinical service request page
layout.
If a related list is not available, you may still need to enable the feature in your org.
