Configure the Referral Management: Automate Clinical Service Request Review Orchestration Flow
To complete the basic setup to support clinical service requests, verify a few details and then activate the Referral Management: Automate Clinical Service Request Review orchestration flow.

Before you activate the Referral Management: Automate Clinical Service Request Review orchestration flow:
Verify that you’ve activated all of these flows.
Create Case and Update Clinical Service Request
Use BRE Rules to Update CSR Status
Verify Eligibility and Benefits
If you updated the API names of any of the flows listed above, update the corresponding stage step in the Referral Management: Automate Clinical Service Request Review orchestration flow to make sure that the correct flow is called by the orchestration.
Update the Case Creation step.
In the Select Who to Run the Action As section, select A Selected User from the User Type dropdown.
Search for and select the logged in user in the User field.
Activate the Referral Management: Automate Clinical Service Request Review orchestration flow.
