          Configure Patient and Provider Outreach Email and SMS Templates

          Use Outreach to create and launch a referral management campaign directly from a homepage.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next Growth or Advanced Edition
           
          User Permissions Needed
          To create and manage a campaign:

          Marketing Cloud Manager permission set

          OR

          Referral Marketing permission set

          OR

          Loyalty Management permission set

          To activate a flow: Manage Flow
          1. Add the Outbound Engagement component.
            1. Edit any home page.
            2. From the list of available components, select Outbound Engagement and place it on the home page
            3. In the configuration panel, select the Referral Management Outreach Template in the Outbound Engagement Template field.
            4. Save your work and then return to the home page.
            5. Click Start on the Outbound Engagement component and then enter the required details in the form.
              A campaign is automatically generated with all related content and flows organized in a single, unified view.
            6. Review the generated email and SMS content. If needed, update the content to meet your business needs.
            7. Publish the content.
          2. Create a subscription for emails and a subscription for SMS.
          3. Update the Select Communication Subscription fields on the send actions in the Referral Outreach Patient and Referral Outreach Provider with the appropriate subscription.
          4. Activate the Referral Outreach Patient and Referral Outreach Provider flows.
