            Customize the Create Referral Omniscript

            Create your own version of the sample Create Referral Omniscript and customize it to guide guest users through creating a referral and uploading related documents on an Experience Cloud site.

            To edit Omniscripts and manage Omnistudio Settings: OmniStudio Admin permission set
            1. If you haven’t already done so, install Omnistudio. See Omnistudio for Health Cloud.
            2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Omnistudio Settings, and then select OmniStudio Settings.
              1. Make sure that OmniStudio MetaData is enabled.
              2. Make sure that Managed Package Runtime is disabled.
            3. From the App Launcher, open the OmniStudio app, and then select OmniScripts from the app menu.
            4. Search for HealthCloudReferral/CreateReferral and open the Create Referral Omniscript.
            5. Click New Version to create a new version of the Omniscript. If you want to use a different type, subtype, and name, after you click New Version, click Edit.
            6. Configure the Omniscript.
              1. Click the InitializeValues set values element. In the Properties panel, click captchaSiteKey. For Value, paste the reCAPTCHA site key value that you received from Google. Click Save.
              2. Click captchaKeyPairName. For Value, paste the nickname of the reCAPTCHA API key pair that you registered on the Salesforce platform. Click Save.
              3. Click the ReferralForm step and review the web form used to capture referral details from guest users. You can also click Preview to view the form. You can customize the web form to meet your business requirements.
              4. Click Activate Version to activate the Omniscript.
