-
Click New, select the Build Your Own (Aura)
template, and then click Get Started.
The Aura template includes an Omniscript component you can drag to the canvas and configure. The Build Your Own (LWR) template doesn’t include this component.
-
Enter the name of the site and the URL.
Copy or make a note of the URL. You need it later when you sign up for reCAPTCHA.
- Click Create.
- From Workspaces, click Builder to open the Experience Builder.

- Enable Public Access so that guest users can interact with the site without logging in. A Guest Referral Site guest user profile and guest user are created. You can see the new profile in the General Settings.
- Click the Guest Referral Profile to configure the guest user profile. The profile details page opens in your org.
- In Record Type Settings, next to Accounts, click Edit.
