To support predictive scoring for referral management, install the Health Cloud Scoring
data kit, verify data in the referral management data model objects (DMOs), and then configure
write-back from Data Cloud to the Clinical Service Request object.

To access Data Cloud Setup:
System admin profile
OR
Data Cloud Architect permission set
To manage scoring framework templates:
Customize Application
Modify All Data
AND
Scoring Framework Admin
Install the Health Cloud Scoring data kit.
From Data Cloud Setup, find and select Data Kits.
Select Health Cloud Scoring.
Review the contents of the data kit, then click Data Kit
Deploy.
Select a data space and enter your org ID.
Click Deploy.
Wait for the data kit deployment to complete. You can view the deployment status on the Deployment History tab
After the data kit deployment completes, use the app launcher to find and select
Data Streams.
Verify the mapping for these DMOs and fields.

Set up the scoring framework.
From Setup, find and select Scoring Framework.
Install the Referral Management Scoring template.
Configure write-back from Data Cloud to the Clinical Service Request object by creating a
Copy Field Enrichment.
Select Clinical Service Request Scoring Data as the source object.
Select Clinical Service Request as the target object, and then select the Referral Score
field.
