Author questionnaires that follow FHIR standards as part of Documentation Templates and
Rules (DTR). When you select the FHIR-Aligned Questionnaire usage type in Discovery Framework
Designer, the updated component displays a section where you can add additional details to the
Omniscript such as purpose, performer type, and display type.

User Permissions Needed
To create an Omniscript form:
Omnistudio Admin
From the App Launcher, enter Assessment Questions, and then select
Assessment Questions.
Change the list view to All Assessment Questions.
Click Select Questions.
Select FHIR-Aligned Questionnaire as the usage type.
Enter Omniscript details.
In the Omniscript Details section, provide high-level metadata about your Omniscript
such as Name, Language, Type, and SubType.
The Type, SubType, and Language values combine to create a unique identifier that
becomes the name of a compiled Omniscript Lightning web component. For example, an Omniscript
in which Type=account, SubType=Create, and Language=English generates an LWC named
accountCreateEnglish.
Enter additional details of the questionnaire such as the performer type, purpose, and
display type.
Create the steps in your form.
Steps correspond to the questions in your form. You can group multiple questions in a
single step. Also, you can create multiple steps in a single form.
To create a step, click Add Step.
To change the step title, click the edit icon on the step header, enter the step name,
and then press Enter.
Search for questions, and then add them. You can only add assessment questions whose data
types are supported by the FHIR-Aligned Questionnaire usage type. The supported data types
are:
boolean
decimal
integer
date
datetime
time
string
text
url
attachment
choice
open-choice
The search engine looks for matches to the search term across assessment question records
and assessment question version records. This table lists the searchable fields for the
Assessment Question and Assessment Question Version objects.
After you build the Omniscript, you can add review details such as the last reviewed date,
approval date, and publisher.
