          Set Up a Custom Object

          To represent plan types, code sets, and their associated questionnaires, create a custom object with fields that look up to Code Set and Omni Process, and a Plan Type text field.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To create a custom object: Customize Application
          1. From Setup, go to Object Manager.
          2. Click Create, and then click Custom Object.
          3. Enter Plan Type Code Set as the label and Plan Type Code Sets as the plural label of your custom object.
          4. Save your changes.
          5. From Object Manager, find and select Plan Type Code Set.
          6. Click Fields and Relationships, then click New.
          7. Create these fields.
            Field Label data type related object
            Code Set Lookup Relationship Code Set
            Omni Process Lookup Relationship Omni Process
            Plan Type Text
          8. Create an object tab for the custom object that you created.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Tabs, and then select Tabs.
            2. In the Custom Object Tabs section, click New.
            3. Select your custom object from the Object dropdown, select a tab style, and click Next.
            4. Select the profiles that you want to make the tab available for, and click Next.
            5. Select the custom apps that you want to make the tab available for, and save your changes.
