Set Custom Criteria to Prioritize Participants on a Patient Waitlist
The created date of waitlist participant records determines the order of patients on a waitlist. Create your own ordering logic to incorporate factors such as priority into the patient order.
For example, create a custom Priority field in the Waitlist Participant object, and then create a custom formula field that takes both Priority and Date Created into account when determining waitlist participant order on a waitlist.
In the Start Waitlist Management flow, open the Get Waitlist Participant action, turn on Sort By Column Name, and select the formula field you created.
