          View Patient Healthcare Summary and Service Recommendations

          1. Go to any page in the org such as the patient's record page or service appointment list page.
          2. Open the Agentforce panel and select the agent for patient healthcare if it isn't selected by default.
          3. Enter an utterance for summarizing patient details. For example, enter Summarize healthcare details of patient Charles Green. If the Agentforce panel shows quick actions for patient summaries, you can directly select the action.
            Agentforce analyzes your request and summarizes the patient details. You see patient medical information such as present health issues, medical history, allergies, vaccination, and care assessment and patient healthcare information such as opportunities, clinical service requests, and member plans.

            Note By default, you see the patient summary for the past six months. To see data for a particular time period within six months, provide specific instructions to the agent.
          4. Click Get Healthcare Recommendations.
            Agentforce shows a list of recommended healthcare services for the patient based on the patient's medical information and the data library that's set up by your Salesforce admin.
