          Schedule a Group Appointment

          Help your patients receive the best care by scheduling group appointments for multiple patients or attendees.

          Required Editions

          User Permissions Needed
          To modify appointments: Health Cloud Appointment Management
          1. From the patient’s account page or a clinical service request page, open the Appointment Management console.
          2. If your console shows an appointment list, click Schedule Appointments.
          3. Select the appointment type. If configured by your admin, you can schedule group appointments for single-resource, multi-resource, multi-step, and reoccurring appointments.
          4. Select and enter appointment details and search criteria.
          5. Select the appointment time.
          6. On the Book Appointment screen, select Manage Attendees.
          7. On the Manage Attendees screen, find and select the attendee.
          8. Set the attendee type, and then select Add. Add additional attendees as needed.
            Note
            Note If your create a multi-step appointment and not all of the steps support group appointments, those steps are skipped in the Manage Attendees workflow.
          9. After you’ve added all attendees to the appointment, select Confirm. Attendees added to the appointment appear in the Appointment Details on the Book Appointment screen.
          10. Confirm the appointment.
