          Configure External User Assessments

          Turn on external user assessments, and then select the customized Send Assessment Email template flow to use to send assessment notifications to patients. Select the default expiration date for the assessment envelopes.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud and Health Cloud Customer Community or Health Cloud Customer Community Plus license.
          User Permissions Needed
          To configure assessments: Industries Assessment permission set license
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Assessment, and select Assessment Settings.
          2. Turn On External User Assessments.
          3. Set the default number of days until the assessment envelope expires.
            Note
            Note The assessment envelope contains all the assessments that the user assigns to the patient. The user can change the default expiration date before sending the assessments, but the expiration date can’t exceed 30 days.
          4. In Send Email Assessment Flow, click Edit.
          5. Select the Send Email Assessment Flow that is customized to meet your business processes.

            Note If the Send Email Assessment Flow isn’t in the dropdown, check to see if it’s activated. See Customize the Assessment Envelope Email Template Flow
          6. Save your work.
